Muffins au Yaourt Vanille / Vanilla Yoghurt Muffins | TROPICS FOOD

Ingrédients (pour 6 personnes) :

– 1 pot de yaourt (le pot sert ensuite de mesure)
– 1.5 pot de yaourt de farine
– 1.5 pot de yaourt de maïzena
– 2 œufs
– 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
– 1 sachet de levure chimique
– 1/2 pot de yaourt d’huile
– 1 cuillère à café d’arôme de vanille liquide( facultatif)

Préparation de la recette :

1. Préchauffez votre four à 200°C, thermostat 6/7, et beurrez votre moule.

2. Dans une terrine, mélangez les oeufs, les sucres, le yaourt, la farine, la maïzena et la levure.

3. A l’aide d’un batteur électrique, battez les ingrédients jusqu’à obtenir une pâte bien lisse.

4. Ajoutez l’huile et l’arôme de vanille liquide.

5. Versez la pâte dans un moule et laissez cuire votre gâteau pendant 25 min.

VANILLA YOGHURT MUFFINS

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of Vegetable Oil
½ cup of Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 cup of Vanilla Yogurt
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 tsp of Baking Powder
½ tsp of Baking soda
¼ tsp of Salt
2 Large Eggs
2 cups of All Purpose Flour

Preparation:

1) Preheat the Oven to 375 degrees, line a muffin tin with liners and set aside.

2) In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and set aside.

3) In a large measuring cup or a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, vanilla, oil and sugar.

4) Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix until they are all incorporated.

5) Divide the batter in the prepared muffin tin and set aside.

6) In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the topping, scatter the topping evenly on top of each muffin.

7) Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until fully cooked through and golden brown.
